Lime Walk Primary School are looking for an aspirational and innovative leader to join our inclusive, calm, purposeful and welcoming community. The ideal candidate will be committed, enthusiastic, and have a proven track record of improving the quality of teaching and learning, inclusive practice, pupil attendance and safeguarding.
Lime Walk Primary School is a one form entry primary school with 210 pupils and extensive grounds including a forest area. We are proud of our caring ethos, strong relationships with families and commitment to ensuring that every child feels valued and supported.
You should have a passion for learning and a desire to shape and enhance provision for our pupils including whole-school initiatives, a strong understanding of inclusive practice and SEND. We seek someone who is highly skilled in creating a purposeful and personalised learning environment.
The right candidate will be able to lead by example, working closely with the Headteacher, to drive high performance and play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the school, developing staff and ensuring every child achieves their very best.
